Organiser une collecte de fonds pour NPNP <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Vous pouvez mobiliser vos amis, votre famille, vos coll\u00e8gues ou votre \u00e9cole pour r\u00e9colter des fonds pour nos projets en Am\u00e9rique latine. Chaque euro collect\u00e9 contribue directement \u00e0 des programmes concrets pour les enfants : ateliers \u00e9ducatifs, actions communautaires, etc\u2026 <\/p>

Pour organiser votre collecte, vous pouvez :<\/p>

  • Mettre en place une vente solidaire (g\u00e2teaux, objets artisanaux, etc.) ;<\/li>
  • Organiser un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sportif ou culturel (course, tournoi, concert, spectacle) dont les inscriptions ou billets seront revers\u00e9s \u00e0 NPNP ;<\/li>
  • Lancer une campagne en ligne via vos r\u00e9seaux sociaux ou plateformes de financement participatif pour toucher un public plus large ;<\/li><\/ul>

      Au Luxembourg, vos dons sont d\u00e9ductibles des imp\u00f4ts, ce qui vous permet de soutenir notre travail tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d’un avantage fiscal, \u00e0 condition que le montant total annuel de vos dons soit d’au moins 120 \u20ac et ne d\u00e9passe pas 20 % de votre revenu net imposable total. Apr\u00e8s votre don, vous recevrez une attestation fiscale de notre part.

        Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un legs?<\/h4>

        Un legs est une disposition que vous inscrivez dans votre testament pour transmettre tout ou partie de vos biens \u00e0 NPNP. Vous d\u00e9cidez de ce que vous l\u00e9guerez (argent, immobilier, actions\u2026). <\/p>

        Au Luxembourg, vous pouvez choisir parmi plusieurs formes de legs :<\/p>

        • Leg universel :<\/strong> vous l\u00e9guez l\u2019enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 (ou une tr\u00e8s grande part) de votre patrimoine \u00e0 NPNP, mais cette option n\u2019est possible que si vous n\u2019avez pas d\u2019enfants (\u201ch\u00e9ritiers r\u00e9servataires\u201d).<\/li>
        • Leg \u00e0 titre universel :<\/strong> vous l\u00e9guez une fraction (par exemple 10\u202f%, un pourcentage, ou certains biens) de votre patrimoine \u00e0 NPNP. Cette option est compatible m\u00eame si vous avez des enfants, mais il faut tenir compte de la \u201cquotit\u00e9 disponible\u201d (voir plus bas). <\/li>
        • Leg particulier : vous l\u00e9guez un bien sp\u00e9cifique (immobilier, somme d\u2019argent, \u0153uvres, etc.) \u00e0 NPNP<\/li><\/ul>

          La \u201cr\u00e9serve\u201d des h\u00e9ritiers (descendants)<\/h4>

          Les descendants sont des \u201ch\u00e9ritiers r\u00e9servataires\u201d : cela signifie qu\u2019une part de votre patrimoine leur est l\u00e9galement r\u00e9serv\u00e9e et ne peut pas \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement donn\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u2019autres (par exemple \u00e0 une ONG).<\/p>

          Der Rest, die sogenannte \u201everf\u00fcgbare Quote\u201d, ist der Teil, den Sie frei vererben k\u00f6nnen (z. B. an NPNP).<\/p>

          Comment l\u00e9guer \u00e0 NPNP : d\u00e9marche pratique<\/h4>

          Dans votre testament, vous pouvez indiquer NPNP comme l\u00e9gataire d\u2019une partie de vos biens. Vous pouvez pr\u00e9ciser le pourcentage, le type de biens, ou juste \u201ctout ce que je veux donner \u00e0 des causes sociales\u201d. <\/p>

          Vous pouvez r\u00e9diger vous-m\u00eame un testament olographe, ou faire appel \u00e0 un notaire pour un testament authentique.<\/p>

          Comment proc\u00e9der :<\/h4>

          Dans l\u2019annonce mortuaire, pr\u00e9cisez NPNP comme association choisie et indiquez nos coordonn\u00e9es bancaires pour les dons.<\/p>

          Informez-nous de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement afin que nous puissions suivre les contributions et remercier les donateurs.<\/p>

          Chaque semaine, nous vous fournirons une liste des personnes ayant fait un don en hommage \u00e0 votre proche, avec les informations n\u00e9cessaires (nom, pr\u00e9nom, adresse, montant du don) pour que vous puissiez \u00e9galement remercier personnellement.<\/p>

          Tous les donateurs recevront une lettre de remerciement de NPNP, t\u00e9moignant de l\u2019impact de leur soutien.<\/p>
